At M2G Meats Inc., we prioritize freshness, efficiency and transparency. While not all meats are custom-cut, many are prepared to order. For this reason, full prepayment is required before delivery.

1. Prepayment is Mandatory

• All orders must be prepaid in full before delivery.
• We do not accept payment at the door (no cash, debit, or credit upon delivery).

2. How to Pay

• Preferred: Pay securely through our website at M2GMeats.ca.
• Alternative: Send an Interac e-Transfer to info@m2gmeats.ca
  - Include the password in a separate email immediately after sending.
  - Orders are only confirmed once both payment and password are received.

3. What Happens After Payment

• Once your payment is received and verified:
  - You will receive an order confirmation email from M2G Meats Inc.
  - This email will include your order summary, estimated delivery window, and next
  steps.

• If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges

• Because many items are prepared fresh to order, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after payment is received.

5. Legal Disclaimer

• M2G Meats Inc. is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong email address.
• Customers are fully responsible for ensuring accurate recipient details when sending
  e-transfers.
